1. All products are ready stock unless otherwise stated.

2. We provide pictures presenting the best possible of the physical products. Please note that the physical products (color/size) may be varied from the products shown in the pictures provided due to different computer display resolution and/or camera lighting.

3. Price stated is fixed and does not include postage. Customers are to bear the postage. Please refer to postage rate section for postage to be charged to your order.
票价全属实价和不包括邮资。买家将支付邮资。请参考postage rate部段。
4. Please adhere to the minimum order quality per products as stated.
请遵守最低订量。
★ Mask sheet = minimal 3 pieces per order
5. Please make payment (total order amount + postage) within 3 working days after order has made or order will be cancelled.
下订单后請在三天内汇款（商品总价加上邮资），否则订单将会被取消。
6. Please notify us with the following information and format once payment is made:
请在付款后已以下格式告知以下资料:
Subject: Payment of (please state product category such as mask; etc.) ordered on (please state the date when order is sent)
★ Name (as stated in the order) （姓名）
★ Date of payment made （付款日期）
★ Total amount paid （总和包括邮资）
★ Transaction code for ATM/bank counter payment or reference number for online bank transfer （付款单号）
7. Payment through internet transfer/ATM deposit/cash deposit counters may not accept RM1, RM5; please round UP to the total amount for payment and changes will be returned in the parcel sent.
汇款若不收RM1，RM5，请买家们汇个整数，過後会把多余的钱放在包裹里一起寄出。
8. NO PAYMENT= NO ORDER. Order is based on a first-come-first-serve basis as some of the products are having limited stock.
没付款＝没下订单。商品时尊崇先到先得准则因为有些商品存货有限。
9. All payments made are not refundable.
付款后要取消订单一律不退回款项。
10. We will take the utmost care to ensure that all items are of the highest quality and properly packed and sealed to minimize any breakage in transit. However, we will NOT be held responsible for any goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
Elegant Beauties会尽所能把商品以最高质量包裹好以避免在寄送中毁损。货品如在寄送途中有任何损失或损坏，Elegant Beauties是不会负责的哦!
11. All products are not returnable based on personal preference, etc reasons.
Elegant Beauties不接受以不喜欢等等的自我因素来作为退貨的理由。
12. Customers are to select products based on your own skin type. Elegant Beauties is not responsible for problems arise.
请确认自己的肤质选择面膜，Elegant Beauties不负责任何使用后不合适的问题。
13. Please stop using any skin care products immediately if notice skin irritation /redness after used.
使用后如果有不适合或持续红肿现象，应立即停止使用。
14. For customer with sensitive skin, please perform local skin sensitivity test before used.
皮肤敏感者使用前，请先做局部皮肤敏感性测试，测试后无刺激性反应再使用。
